I was looking for a GoPro battery. I was given false information about it. He told me the camera would not work with only the "backpack" battery I had purchased. So I paid $115 for the internal battery. When I discovered that it did work with only the "backpack" battery, I took the internal battery back for a refund but he would not give me a refund. I discovered the same battery in a nearby shop for $35 (without bargaining).

He scammed us too. We wanted to buy a Nikon dslr, but he forced us to buy a Pentax dslr by giving us wrong details about the camera that it comes with an external speaker and it is the best dslr till date etc. he said that the camera lens and memory card is inclusive in the price that he stated but once we gave him the money then he refused to give the lens and the memory card and said that we have to buy it separately, he refused to return our money and when we asked him to give some other Nikon dslr of lesser price then he wouldn't do that too. We had very bad experience their. When we came home then we came to know that the external speaker is not compatible to this dslr. He looted approximately SGD 500 from us. Do not go to this place, they are thieves.

We stopped by the shop looking for an action camera we wanted a Gopro but the
Tall sales guy recommended a Vector 4000 w which we bought after his pressure to buy, it turned out that their Price ended
To be double the Price we could have purchased a Gopro for in other shop,
we were later advised that this camera was no good and only for children, he did tell a lot of stores that
They were Selling a lot via Danish Seamen's Church which we dont trust after the way we were treated
When we returned to the shop to cancel the deal the owner refused to take it back, only if we bought another
Camera for Sgd 600 more which is not Common practice.

We dont recommend any to go there as you will regret it later on.

Pulled the classic bait and switch on me - I went in after a particular camera lens and was upsold to a "better" lens which turned out to be far inferior and at a highly inflated price. They also lied about Steinzeiser filters which they claimed were made in Germany. They are in fact inferior filters made in Malaysia and sold at a grossly inflated price. I got scammed - make sure you stay away so you aren't scammed as well.

My friend and I were also ripped of by this store and the smooth talking Johnnie. We returned to the store 3 times as the tablet we bought was faulty and they refused to refund our money and then we were pressured into buying another tablet for 3 times the price it was worth. We would also like to thank the Singapore tourism board for their help in receiving some refund for our goods. I cannot believe they are still allowed to operate when they are so dishonest and untrust worthy/

As a visiting tourist we were ripped off by this store. They kept quoting in AU$ and when the final paperwork was completed the price in SG$ was way above the conversion rate. I have since reported the company to the Singapore Commercial Crime department. DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. Take this as a good piece of advice from someone who knows.

A fantastic store for cameras & IT accessories with effectively trained and courteous sales people to help you through with whatever you need here. During my visit here in August 2012, I purchased a professional EOS600 D kit camera along with 3 other pro lenses for a fantastic price after checking the similar deal with 4 other stores in the Orchard Road vicinity. Indeed, this is a great outlet for every camera and IT need.

We were totally ripped off by this store in Orchard road in August 2012 which purported to be a specialist camera store. We were connned into buying low grade goods for hugely inflated prices. A Canon powershot A3300IS and an Android in me tablet worth no more than a couple of hundred dollars each were sold to us for more than $2000. After complaining to the Singapore Tourism Board (to whom we are grateful for helping us with our complaint) the company gave us a $600 refund as full and final settlement which went only a small way toward compensating us for the amount that had we had been conned out of.

I would not recommend this store to anyone especially Johnny the salesperson who served us. The store is supposed to be a legitimate camera store and it is not what it purports to be at all. Beware of any dealings with them.
