It is the first time looking for a wheel chair and it is for my 90 years old mum.
The sales representative was very helpful and was patient is explaining the 2 types of wheel chair she has recommended.
She was polite and not pushy in trying to sell the product.
She summarised the pros and cons of the 2 chairs and finally with confidence I make my choice
The reasons were : a product that will last and the one that is easy and very convenient to use and operate.
