I can’t talk about their web development skills or services since I used creative design only. After having brochures, logos, banners, and business cards from them, I can tell you this:

The designers didn’t take long to form an understanding of our business and combine that concept and our inputs to make something that stands for our brand. We always got a reply, even after business hours. Great experience!

They know the difference between a user-friendly website and a useful one. We wanted the first one, and they did just that. All the agencies we had hired before couldn’t give us something that stands out as a reliable platform for our audience with a discerning taste for usability. Orfeostory excelled in this particular area, which is why they have our trust and attention. Will hire them again!

I wouldn't rate this company if my requirements were straightforward. I asked for 10 pages, each of them with a custom design including some common sections. The design was pixel-perfect. I provided very large images, but they used all of them properly without affecting the speed. I'm not quite sure how they did it. Also, it was nice talking to Desmond and Fadhli.
