Faith Clinic (simei)

The doctor takes a lot of time chatting and wastes a lot of time with patients. 2hours waiting time. And got my turn at the last at 10pm.

Hopeless clinic!!

I visited this clinic yesterday when I developed a rash on my skin. I walked in at 7:30 pm and got a token number (13) . It was token 2 at service then. The receptionist asked us to wait saying expected waiting time would be 1 hr.

Each patient who went came out only after 30-45 mins. And my turn came at 10:30 pm !! The doctor did not even inspect the problem properly, he rather asked me to describe how it looked. At last he just saw the rash for a second and prescribed some cream . I asked for a day's MC as I had started feeling the irritation , and surprisingly doctor asks me why ?! He did not even diagonize for 5 minutes.

More over when we came to collect the medicine, the one at clinic says , medicines are over n I need to buy from outside - at 11 pm :( .

Next day when I woke up from sleep , my rashes was all swollen , even after applying the cream he prescribed problem persisted , finally after a whole day's suffering I had to go to a different doctor.

I came across google review about this clinic - someone has rightly said , this doctor charges high when he consults them for more than 30 mins ( hence average consulation time was so high ) , but in my case it was less than 5 minutes because I had an insurance card and wouldn't pay him.
They even denied to give me the cream and asked to buy from outside .

They made me suffer for visiting them . Never go there .
