I was fed up with the way my physique looked and decided to engage a personal trainer to help me. I started scouting by all available means to find a coach that had enough experience to show me proper form and technique as I did not want to risk injury. One day I mentioned this goal I had to my good friend and he referred me to Mr Tew. I looked him up on the internet and saw his long list of credentials, which included being a former national coach as well as a bodybuilding champion himself, and decided to give his training a try.

I met up with him at his gym in Simei. His gym has all the equipment you could ask for if you wanted to train to be a strongman, bodybuilder or just want to improve your fitness level. We sat down and I told him my short term and long term goals and he took his time to explain to me, with great patience and detail, how we were going to proceed. We even talked about my constraints and how we were going to work around it. Mr Tew has helped me overcome all the obstacles blocking me from my goal and kept me focus and on track. He emphasises on proper technique and good nutrition. Regardless of whether I am in the "zone" or not, he makes sure I always makes full use of my time in the gym to build muscle. He even planned out my meals for me to save me the trouble. Time and time again he has gone out of his way to accommodate to my unearthly timings.

Under his guidance, I could see myself improving every single day. My physique began to grow and shape up and I could not wear quite a number of my clothes! I could see myself well on my way to achieving my goal. I am sure if I had done this alone, I would not have even gotten half as far as I have now.
